Another Parameter Range Problem:

Chad told me QE report EQU range is changed.
The old version is limited, but in this system the range is the same as open.

So I checked the revision record. cannot find the description about range changed.
I use ' find in files' function to find the declairation of EQU range for every pmtr.c.
the result is all the same, every version (from the very first one to the latest) are the same.
So I go back to the old #2 code, and find the range is changed in can10556.
Shi - Shern (MARVINE.HUANG) ask me to change it, according to his parameter table.
( for the 6000 system).
