CxT真是不知道要幹麻，
既然選了modbus協定，又不follow modbus的fun code，
將03,04的funcode交換了。
這樣有什麼好處嗎？
所有standard的modbus 通訊軟體都不能用了。
又自己擅自加上event log到AI中。
沒有考慮到transition的問題：
