有些用zip 解開的檔案會有一些奇怪的字，導致沒法delete....
再這 http://www.shsh.ylc.edu.tw/~taichis/wp/20060705/446 有寫方法..
在cmd 下用 dir/x 顯示8.3 檔名，然後 del 那個8.3格式的檔名，就可以刪掉
